My Bio
I’ve always been weird, but good weird, not a serial killer type deal, and also real creative, so I enjoy taking that and smashing my life into it.
I currently study at Barnsley College on the course ‘Creative Media Development’, where my tutors are rad and my days are short. I don’t buy lunch, I just spend all my money on comic books or some cheap £1 CD from an artist I don’t know or want to know. It’s a great diet.
Right now I’m nearing completion on a one-shot grim humour comic book I’m working on called Freak Puke: Pushing Mongo, and I’m going to start drawing panels for another idea known as ‘Killing Cat’. I’m not gonna go through all what I’m working on in terms of titles, but as of now I’m working on two games, a children’s book and two comic books. I work better knowing there’s always something for me to do afterwards, because when I finish some junk I experience a profound sense of loss, and I don’t know what to do.
I grew up on cartoons such as Invader Zim, Ren and Stimpy, Storm Hawks and Samurai Jack, as well as Newgrounds and my grandma’s Extra-terrestrial and serial killer books. Allot of my inspiration comes from my childhood, so that should explain my immaturity, as I’ve rejected the reality of growing up… I guess.
I’m in a super weird alt rock/grunge/doom band, where I do vocals, play guitar and other junk. We’re kinda like Coheed, Melvins, Weezer (Pinkerton), Red Fang, Modest Mouse, Pixies; I think we’re fairly rad.
Right now, I love my life; I’m on the track of everything coming true. Sorry if this read like the lamest cliché ever, but I really feel like my dreams are coming true, man, I’m really happy about this!
Also, something I thought was funny: When I was a little dude, on the 6/6/06 I buried a bottle of Blueberry soft drink in my garden as a Satanic ‘sacrifice’.
